The property was fairly clean and well priced. Greatly enjoyed the room with king size bed, my bed was very comfy. It had an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a washing machine. The vibe here was special. The accommodation had a secluded location to 2 shopping malls.

Even though everything was great, some of the staff were not particularly friendly.

One specific situation that stood out to me was when I requested transport to the town centre for shopping. The reception promptly arranged transportation for me, making my shopping experience convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, I loved the rooftop pool, which provided a stunning overview of Hat Yai. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and friendly staff.

I had a very nice stay at a hotel in Hat Yai with an amazing rooftop pool! The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient. The pool on the 9th floor provided a stunning view of the city. I could easily walk to the bus terminal and there was a supermarket nearby as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Hat Yai.

Everything was simply good. Units with comfortable bed. Also, location was particularly good and perfect, relatively near a shopping mall. A local market and local markets were right next door.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a free minibar in my room, stocked with Coke, fruit juice, chips, and two mineral water bottles. Another highlight was the rooftop pool, which offered a stunning view of the city. The hotel's location was also convenient, with Central Festival Mall just a 10-minute walk away. Cool location for our visit to a shopping mall relatively close to the hotel. From the bus stop 10 minutes on foot. Pleasant views, super and awesome staff in counter service. Fine, bright rooms and particularly good bathrooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a luxurious touch on the pool and a balcony to enjoy the view. The bed was really comfy, I slept like a baby! The location was perfect - not too close to the hectic spots, but still conveniently located in a quieter area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
